Definitely an experience. I took points away for organization and service. Hostess and server were distracted and unfocused. When you sit the waitress takes your order and you bowl that you can pile it with meat; beef, shrimp, sausage, chicken and vegetables. Then you pick sauces, season and take to the grill. The cooks at the grill will cook your food and add egg if you want. Tips given can hit bong for sound. Pretty cool.

I was so excited to finally find a BD's Mongolian grill in the area, but this was a huge disappointment. It honestly felt like the restaurant had just opened for its first weekend. The meat area was hardly stocked and was completely out of chicken and steak which we waited almost 10 minutes for it to get refilled then we waited 47 minutes for our food to get cooked by the chefs. It was unfortunate. Restaurant was very dirty in the dinning area and the bathrooms were just as bad. Only good thing was our server kept up on our drink refills. Maybe they just had new staff but I'm not sure.

A little confusing to navigate at first since there's a one bowl option and all you can eat option, which opparnetly both come with rice if you want it, but the food itself was pretty good. The bowls were a bit small so I couldn't stock as much as I wanted but I definitely tried my best. The chef dropped a big piece of my meat so I was kinda sad, but oh well there's always next time. I like that you can add eggs in there too, that was a nice plus.

We've been to BD's a few times before, and previous times would have been 5*s but this time was 4, only because we personally didn't have a great wait staff member. I know this was only because they were a bit obviously new, and it was a pretty busy lunch rush, but our table was neglected. He also took the coupon code from my app, used it, but only gave us half of its value on our bill, which was weird lol. However, aside from that, the food was good! The guys around the big grill are super friendly and energetic, the hostess was really kind and all the food seemed as fresh as always. The desserts are also always a must-have! The apple pie rolls are some of our favorites, they're so good! Slight update: went back again, and the service was wonderful! They updated their limits to eggs due to them being more expensive now but you can still get up to 2 per person at the grill. They were also out of white rice but that wasn't a problem for me. It was lovely to come back!

The service was great!!! My salad was delicious.. not much to pick from in the salad bar, but what they did have was good.... The bowls a small in my opinion, so food keeps falling out, and if you don't know how to mix it's easy to mess up... The place was clean ( didn't use the restroom ), They had someone working the food area cleaning up and that was a plus..
